Rachel

Here will be my first entry on our shared blog:

First off, I have knee, hip and back problems. I have allowed these to hinder me from staying in shape over the last five years. I'd like to work back up to when I was 13, running cross country 3-4 miles a day. I'd also like to be able to ride my horse for at least one hour without my hips popping.

My first goal is to walk two miles without feeling out of breath or having my knee/hip hurting.

We will be doing this every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
